Over and Done

I closed my eyes to see
The truth behind the voices i hear
Sadness grasped me and hid
Lifeless, I'm cold, I'm dead.

I reached out with my hand
As the light flickered almost in fade
I was engulfed in darkness
Despair, I'm alone, I'm exhausted.

I screamed but in silence
Prayers echo inside my head
But I remain unheard
Invisible, I'm unseen, I'm oblivion.

I dreamt with eyes open
A blurry end appeared before me
I rest in your memories
Forgotten,  I'm your past. I'm a memory.
